4 speed syncro box
* Overhaul syncro box
* Replace all bearings
* Reseal entire box
* Strip and paint gearbox body
* Bead blast bell housing and tail shaft (aluminum)
* Replace all syncro rings
* Check and replace gears, sliders and hubs as necessary
* Check aluminum castings for warpage and machine if
necessary to prevent leaking
* Replace shifter bushings
* Replace clutch Fulcrum shaft and bushings
* Replace clutch fork
* Replace fork lock pins
* Replace clutch throw out bearing and clips
* Replace clutch Fulcrum shaft lever
* ELECTRICAL OVERDRIVE - (MK II ONLY)
* Replace overdrive selenoid
* Disassemble overdrive unit - (check, clean, test, and adjust)
* Re-seal overdrive unit

· 4 speed syncro box
· Overhaul syncro box:
· Replace all bearings
· Reseal entire box
· Strip and paint gearbox body
· Bead blast bell housing and tail shaft (aluminum)
· Replace all syncro rings
· Check and replace gears, sliders and hubs as necessary
· Check aluminum castings for warpage and machine if
necessary to prevent leaking
· Replace shifter bushings
· Replace clutch Fulcrum shaft and bushings
· Replace clutch fork
· Replace fork lock pins
· Replace clutch throw out bearing and clips
· Replace clutch Fulcrum shaft lever
· ELECTRICAL OVERDRIVE - (MK II ONLY)
· Replace overdrive selenoid
· Disassemble overdrive unit - (check, clean, test, and adjust)
· Re-seal overdrive unit
MANUAL TRANSMISSION XK's
Option I: Standard 4 speed overhaul (non-syncro)
· Replace all bearings
· Reseal entire gearbox
· Strip and paint gearbox body
· Bead blast tailshaft and bellhousing (aluminum)
· Check and replace gears, sliders and hubs as necessary
· Check aluminum castings for warpage and machine if
necessary to prevent leaking
· Replace shifter bushings
· Replace clutch fulcrum and shaft bushings
· Replace clutch fork
· Replace clutch fork lock pins
· Replace clutch throw out bearing and clips
· Replace clutch fulcrum shaft lever
Option II: Upgrade to 4-speed syncro box

· Replace throw out bearing and clips
· Replace clutch fulcrum shaft lever and pin

· Stainless steel slave cylinder (3 ¾" cylinder) (XKE I,

· Girling clutch master cylinder (oversize on XKE III V-12)
· Modified bellhousing to adapt to JT5

**No body or trans. tunnel modifications are necessary to fit conversion.
**We eliminate the foam padding from the Transmission tunnel (usually soaked
with oil and a fire hazard) and replace it with a racing style heat
