OUR PROCESS: (All cars)

· The car is disassembled
· The metal work is done and primed
· The car is reassembled and fitted
· The car is disassembled and painted
· The car is reassembled and adjusted
· That's the way they fit best
· We paint the frame rails separately (XKE I)
· The body (tub) separately
· The boot lid separately
· The doors separately
· The bonnet separately

Then there will be no rust hidden between two pieces of metal bolted together
It takes a lot more time but the end result is better and we paint everything.

· The outside of course but inside as well
· The inside of the firewall
· The inside of the doors
· The inside of the sills

We pride ourselves in what you can't see as well as what you can.

Bottom side of car:

Lets talk for a minute about more of what you don't see, the bottom side of the car.  When we blast the car we also blast the bottom side as well.  Now that we have all this clean, non-rusty metal, it makes it easy to weld any unnecessary holes or seam splits.  We shut off the lights and wave a 500-watt light bulb under the car to identify any problem areas.  After welding and repairing all the areas, we re-seam seal all the seams with a rubberized style caulk.  Then from the bottom side up we splatter spray another rubber-based product with several thin coats.  It is like spider webs over and over.  Not only does this waterproof the car but also deadens the road noises and seals against rusting.  We then paint body color over to match (XKE) or black for the MK II's.  We believe this is the best way to protect your investment.
