· Acid dip & powder coat all front suspension arms
· Acid dip & cad plate all hardware and shafts - (silver)
· (2) alloy fully adjustable and rebuild-able front shock absorbers
with urethane
bushings - (XKE'S)
· Heavy duty torsion bars (optional) - (XKE'S)
· Heavy duty sway bars with urethane bushings (optional) - (XK'S, XKE'S,
& MK'S)
· Upgrade lower ball joints (one piece XJ40 style) - (XKE'S & MK'S)
· Rebuild upper control arms and ball joints - (XKE'S)
· Replace upper ball joints - (late XJ40 style) - (XK'S & MK'S)
· All urethane bushings for a fully active suspension
· Overhaul steering rack completely disassemble and re-bush and
shim - (XKE'S)
· New steering rack mounts- (XKE'S - XK140-XK150)
· New steering rack bellows (boots) - (XKE'S - XK140 - XK150)
· New tie rod ends
· Overhaul steering shaft lower: - (XKE'S)
· Strip and powder coat
· Replace steering u-joint
· Replace lower Allen fixing bolt
· Overhaul steering shaft upper: (XKE'S)
· Overhaul steering column
· Strip and powder coat (black)
· Replace OE felt bushing with new style nylon for durability and
performance -(XK,XKE & MK)
· Replace horn contact assembly (inside upper steering column) -
(XK, XKE, & MK'S)
· Replace horn rod - (XKE'S)
· Replace turn signal switch assembly
· Replace or re-finish steering wheel telescope extension cylinder
· Polish steering wheel hub
· Replace steering wheel - (OE style, Lecarra, Nardi, or Moto Lita)

Acid dip and powder coat all arms, axles, brackets, and cage assembly
Cad plate all hardware, shafts, and hubs
· (4) New cage mounts
· (4) New radius arm bushings
· New wheel bearings and seals
· New lower hub bearings and seals
· New control arm inner bearings, sleeves, and seals
· (4) Alloy fully adjustable and rebuildable shock absorbers
· New springs and adjustable collets (for ride height)
· (4) New u-joints
REAR SUSPENSION - (Solid rear axle) - (MK II)
· Acid dip & powder coat - (gloss black)
· Rear axle assembly
· Rear leaf springs
· All spring mounting pads
· Torque rod assembly
· Pan hard rods
· New urethane bushings and pads for rear springs
· New urethane bushings for torque rod and pan hand rods
· Acid dip & cad plate all attaching hardware
· New rear shocks with urethane bushings
· Coil spring conversion kits - (optional)
